These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our (mobile) website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereby collectively referred to as the “Website”) and/or by completing a reservation, youacknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Payment

All payments for classes and merchandise are completed through the company website. Here at Multiply Music Group we offer a variety of payment methods which include Debit/Credit card payments or PayPal for merchandise and Direct Debit payment options for classes. All information is private to you and employees/MMG will not store card information.

Pricing


Multiply Music Group offers various services. Please review the following information (Below include VAT):

1-2-1 plans

  • Direct Debit (1hr classes): £144 per month

  • Direct Debit (30 mins): £81.60 per month

2-2-1 plans

  • Direct Debit (1-hour classes): £156.80 per month

  • Direct Debit (Split payment): £78.40 per month 

For convenience, we allow parents to split payments which allows you to pay for your child alone if you’re sharing lessons with your friends.

Payment schedule

As shown above, we offer Direct Debit payments. Our Direct Debit payment options come out on the 1st or the 15th day of each month. If you sign up to our Direct Debit options halfway through one month, you will be asked to pay directly into the Multiply Music Group’s bank account for the remaining lesson in said month before your Direct Debit transactions commence.

Cancellations (Have to give 1-month notice)

Here at Multiply Music Group we would be very sad to see you go and would wish your return as soon as possible! However, if you wish to cancel lessons with us, we require a 1-month notice period. Refunds will not be given unless Multiply Music Group is unable to continuously teach your child on a regular basis.

Failure to pay for services

Failure to make payments on services will result in a charge of £5, but additionally all online and practical lesson plans/services will be locked. Therefore, you will not be able to engage with our online portals / applications or continue our exciting lessons plans! As a result, all payments must be made in-order to reactivate all services.

Multiply Music Group yearly tuition

Here at Multiply Music Group we teach year-round, so don’t worry as you can keep drumming all year! The only time we don’t teach is from Christmas to New year. These dates are as follows.

23rd December – 5th of January.

Therefore, lessons will continue as normal from the 6th of January.

If you cancel a Music Group class (& Notice Requirement)

Here at Multiply Music Group we are all about flexibility so of course we can reschedule your class for you as know that family life if busy. Just note that this class will not be refunded, but simply rescheduled to a date / time which is convenient for you.

We want to help parents as much as possible. Therefore, we offer a very flexible time allowance. To be able to reschedule a class that you can’t attend, parents need to give Multiply Music at least 2 hours’ notice. If we are not informed of your absence or told that you can’t attend your class under this 2-hour window, unfortunately we can’t reschedule your class due to short notice.

All reschedules are made possible, but must be used by the end of the calendar year. Otherwise, any outstanding sessions are forfeited. 

If Multiply Music Group cancels a lesson

Here at Multiply Music Group it’s incredibly rare that we’d need to cancel a class for any reason. However, if Multiply Music does cancel a class, alternative dates / times will be made available to you so that you don’t miss out. 

Changing lessons times

We are all about convenience so of course we are open to rearranging lesson times to suit your diary. However, please bear in mind our services are in high demand, so we may not be able to arrange another time slot. Therefore, please give our staff as much notice as possible to reduce the likely hood of disappointment!

Christmas Holiday’s and Pay

As we are shut over the Christmas and New Year’s period, all lessons which are missed / owed to you due to our closure will be refunded to you.

By agreeing to this contract, you agree to adhere all conditions stated above and acknowledge that this is a legally binding document.
