Understanding How We Operate

Upon your successful completion of training, you will be given a variety of students to get you started. In the initial classes, lesson plans will be given to you and you will be offered various 1-2-1 training if required to help answer any questions that you may have. You will also be set up with all learning tools and equipment required for your teaching positions.

Months 3-6
Training & Feedback
Feeling Heard

Here you will have by now become familiar with your role and be offered additional hours should you receive positive feedback from your students and MMG senior leadership. You will also have received monthly 1-2-1 meetings with upper management to give you a chance to answer any questions and feel heard and help you on your journey to growing in confidence and ability with us.

Personal Development

Each month you will have the opportunity to meet with MMG senior leadership via 1-2-1 meetings. In this meeting we will discuss personal development and offer various training if requested on common topics that may be of interest. These topics include areas like: invoicing, presentation and leadership.
